Healthy Life

I'm pretty sure that most of the people have dreamed about having a healthy life not only to be fit but also to avoid illneses or just to be hearty. Probably we all think it can be expensive because of the special food that you think you have to eat during diet time, or maybe if you are choosy with vegetables and fruits you think you will suffer. We also get lazy only with thinking about exercising and I am convinced that everyone says "I do not have time to exercise. I have too much work and at the end of the day I get so tired that when I get home I just lay in my bed and fall asleep." But, let me tell you my friends, there are  no excuses for a non-healthy life. The only thing you need to do first is to motivate yourself and get out of your comfort zone!. If you do not prepare your mind properly you will never have a healthy life because you will have to get used to a new lifestyle: you will have to eat less than you normally eat, you will have to work out and you will have to put up with a body in pain the day after training. Remember that the brain dominates your body and if you do not get your mind ready, you will not get out of your comfort zone, probably.

Food is also important when we talk about a healthy life. You are probably thinking about having to stop eating some things that are unhealthy, but that is not what you have to do. The secret is  that you can eat whatever you want but in reduced portions. Do not private yourself from eating sweets, chocolates, etc.because brain needs sugar in order to have a better function. If you crave chocolate, avoid white chocolate and add dark chocolate to your diet. Do not eat the hole big bar but a block of it. If you want to eat cookies, have the portion which appears in the nutrition facts, and so on and so forth.  Bare this in  mind: all exceses are bad.
Try to eat less carbohidrates but more food rich in protein, vitamin and fiber which is obtained from fruits and veggies  in order to reduce cholesterol and get a better digestion and you will start to fell a lot better.
And last but not least, exercising. There are no excuses for not training. It is not necesary go to the gym.You can do it all the time, anywhere. Let's start by stop driving a car and walk or ride a bike instead. If you have stairs at home or at work USE THEM! Do not use the elevator! You can even work out at your office by using a chair, a desk, You can also try different disciplines such as aerobics, steel tonic, zumba, dance lessons  etc. The thing is to get your body moving.
Now that you know all the secrets about having a healthy life, you should try the advices given previously because this brings so many benefits, such as reducing cholesterol, weight loss, stress-free,  energy boost, disease combating, improves longevity, etc.
