Final Thoughts

This activity was quite fun and stressful at the same time because I did not know what to write about sometimes, but I could go through it. The fact that it was online allowed me to get more information on internet about certain things that I wrote and I think it was out of what we normally do. It helped us all to improve our writing and also to work with our imagination and creativity. At first it was a little bit nerve-wracking to know that several people were reading my redactions, but then I just got relaxed and enjoyed this fun and very significant activity.

Healthy Life

I'm pretty sure that most of the people have dreamed about having a healthy life not only to be fit but also to avoid illneses or just to be hearty. Probably we all think it can be expensive because of the special food that you think you have to eat during diet time, or maybe if you are choosy with vegetables and fruits you think you will suffer. We also get lazy only with thinking about exercising and I am convinced that everyone says "I do not have time to exercise. I have too much work and at the end of the day I get so tired that when I get home I just lay in my bed and fall asleep." But, let me tell you my friends, there are  no excuses for a non-healthy life. The only thing you need to do first is to motivate yourself and get out of your comfort zone!. If you do not prepare your mind properly you will never have a healthy life because you will have to get used to a new lifestyle: you will have to eat less than you normally eat, you will have to work out and you will have to put up with a body in pain the day after training. Remember that the brain dominates your body and if you do not get your mind ready, you will not get out of your comfort zone, probably.

Food is also important when we talk about a healthy life. You are probably thinking about having to stop eating some things that are unhealthy, but that is not what you have to do. The secret is  that you can eat whatever you want but in reduced portions. Do not private yourself from eating sweets, chocolates, etc.because brain needs sugar in order to have a better function. If you crave chocolate, avoid white chocolate and add dark chocolate to your diet. Do not eat the hole big bar but a block of it. If you want to eat cookies, have the portion which appears in the nutrition facts, and so on and so forth.  Bare this in  mind: all exceses are bad.
Try to eat less carbohidrates but more food rich in protein, vitamin and fiber which is obtained from fruits and veggies  in order to reduce cholesterol and get a better digestion and you will start to fell a lot better.
And last but not least, exercising. There are no excuses for not training. It is not necesary go to the gym.You can do it all the time, anywhere. Let's start by stop driving a car and walk or ride a bike instead. If you have stairs at home or at work USE THEM! Do not use the elevator! You can even work out at your office by using a chair, a desk, You can also try different disciplines such as aerobics, steel tonic, zumba, dance lessons  etc. The thing is to get your body moving.
Now that you know all the secrets about having a healthy life, you should try the advices given previously because this brings so many benefits, such as reducing cholesterol, weight loss, stress-free,  energy boost, disease combating, improves longevity, etc.

Weird Things That Happen When You Are Alone In An Office Such As A Paper With A Black Hole On It.




It is a boring evening in an office and there is just one man in it who seems tired. He is about to get copies of something so he is in front of the photocopier, sighs and presses the machine’s button.This does not want to work so he presses the button for several times, then kicks the device, and after doing this, the engine finally works. He gets closer to the machine and grabs the first copy with both of his hands. This one has a big black Ihole in it and he sets it aside, but this definitely catches his attention, so he checks the hour in his wristwatch, then drinks a cup of water and starts staring at the paper, kneels and puts the same white cup that he had in his hands inside the hole which is pretty deep in order to prove what he was experiencing. When he lifts the cup from the depths he still cannot believe it and he puts his hand inside and out. As he discovers the black hole’s function, he looks around and finds a candy machine. He walks up to it, puts the paper with the black hole in it on the machine’s glass and gets a chocolate bar out of the device by putting his hand in the hole and going through the glass. When he has the sweet in his hand, he eats it as he walks, then stops, looks at the black hole and a little smile comes up to his face, then he puts a very serious face and starts staring at the boss’ office and bites the candy one more time. He steps up and stands in front of the office’s door and opens it with the paper’s aperture, enters, turns the lights on and gaits up with aplomb to the safe, kneels and puts the paper on the safe’s door, then he makes sure that nobody is around, places the paper with the hole on the safe’s door, then he gets his hand in the paper’s dark opening and it goes through the safe deposit vault’s gate in order to get money out of it. He gets quite excited and starts to steal more and more wads of cash and he gets so greedy that he gets his whole body inside the safety deposit box, but unfortunately he gets caught and the paper falls from the place it was, thus he can not get out of the box.
